Safety Management Systems Course

This course is designed for Safety Managers/Officers or those personnel who will play a major role in their organisation’s Safety Management System such as Company Management or Base Officers. It is also ideal for those who wish to further understand, develop or review their own Safety Management System.

The course follows the training guidelines as established by the CASA Advisory Circulars and industry best practice.

The five (5) day training includes the development and analysis of a Company specific Safety Management System. It allows for both the development of and amendment to a current system (if in place). During this five (5) day program participants will be instructed on the development and implementation of their own organisation's Safety Management System.
Course modules include industry best practice and the design of timelines, evaluation processes and checkpoints.

Upon return to their organisations participants are fully prepared to commence their own Safety Management System implementation to fulfill upcoming CASA legislative requirements. Participants will be provided with regulatory guidelines and detailed information relating to each of the components of an effective and fully integrated Safety Management System process.
